A seasoned Law Enforcement Professional, Walter Simpkins has more than 40 years of experience in corrections, spanning both the public and private sectors, with extensive knowledge of correctional best practices, corrections management and reentry services. Walt began his career in New Jersey State Government with the Department of Human Services before moving on to the Department of Corrections. Upon his retirement in 2006 as corrections Captain, Walt joined the Kintock Group with corporate oversight of the company’s facility operations. In 2014 Walt was named Chief Operating Officer and in 2020 he was named Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kintock.
