Jennifer Garcia
Site Administrator, Newark
Jennifer Garcia was named Site Administrator of Kintock’s Newark Complex in June 2023. . In her role, she oversees the daily management of the Newark campus which includes the oversight of all staff who manage the New Jersey Department of Corrections, New Jersey State Parole Board, and Federal Bureau of Prisons contracts. Jennifer joined Kintock in 2005 as a Resident Supervisor and was promoted through the years to Case Manager, Sr. Case Manager, and most recently served as Director for Kintock’s Federal Bureau of Prisons contract.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salisbury University, and a Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In addition, Jennifer is completing the requirements for certification as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Drug Counselor (LCADC).
