Prison Rape Elimination Act

The Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 is a federal law that seeks to eliminate sexual assaults and sexual misconducts in correctional settings.  The Kintock Group has a zero-tolerance policy for incidents of sexual assault and rape and makes prevention of sexual assault and rape a top priority.  Kintock's policy regarding allegations of sexual abuse or sexual harassment is available upon request.
