Kintock opened its Erie Avenue facility in Philadelphia in 2002 and its Luzerne Street facility in October 2024. Currently, Kintock contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons to operate a Residential Reentry Center at each of these facilities. Kintock also operates a reentry program on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections at its Erie Avenue facility. The programs provide a multitude of reentry services for male and female reentrants who are beginning their transition back to the community. Among the reentry services offered are employment, vocational and educational services, life skills, substance use disorder treatment and counseling, medical services, and community referrals to social service agencies.
