Kintock has been operating a Workforce Development Program and a Day Reporting Center (DRC) at its East Erie Avenue facility in Philadelphia since July 2013. These non-residential programs provide a wide range of employment and vocational support services for reentrants referred by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (PBPP). Services are individualized and structured to assist each reentrant according to their individual needs. Kintock’s Workforce Development program operates five days per week, and offers evening hours to ensure ample opportunity for participation for those reentrants whose work schedules necessitate evening attendance at the program.
