Kintock Participates in Community Engagement and Talent Acquisition Initiatives
As we embrace the new year, it's essential to reflect on our commitment to community engagement and talent acquisition. At Kintock, we understand the significance of connecting with our community and attracting top talent to drive our mission forward. Here's a glimpse into our recent efforts and achievements.
In 2023, Kintock participated in nearly a dozen job fairs, with more on the horizon for 2024. Our presence at events like those hosted by Rutgers University, New Jersey City University, Berkeley College, and LaSalle University has allowed us to reach a diverse pool of talent eager to explore opportunities at Kintock.
Through strategic collegiate partnerships and increased community involvement, we've engaged with over 90 individuals seeking new career paths and internship opportunities within our organization. “Our goal is to provide avenues for students to learn, grow, and thrive at Kintock, fostering a culture of development and retention,” said Danita Jones, Corporate Director of Recruitment & Employee Engagement.
Most important, we’ve provided opportunities for our staff members to actively participate in job fairs and engage with prospective hires. Their firsthand experiences and insights play a vital role in fostering meaningful connections and conveying the essence of our organization's culture and values.
In addition to job fairs, Kintock has collaborated with organizations like PHA and CareerLink to participate in "employer spotlights," tailored events designed to highlight our job vacancies and career opportunities. “These initiatives not only highlight our organization's strengths but also create meaningful connections with prospective hires,” said Danita.
