Kintock Celebrates Employees Milestones with Evening of Recognition

On September 14, 2024, Kintock hosted a special celebration honoring employees' milestone years of service. The event gathered staff from all locations at the Windsor Ballroom in East Windsor, NJ. The evening featured a delicious dinner buffet, an awards presentation, lively music and dancing, with more than 70 employees and their guests in attendance.

Following dinner, CEO Walt Simpkins welcomed everyone and expressed gratitude for their years of service. He also announced that this celebration would become an annual event to recognize employees' valuable contributions and dedication.

“We want to recognize the contributions and dedication of our employees, show our appreciation, said Walt Simpkins, CEO of Kintock. “Thank you for being an invaluable part of the Kintock team,” he added.

The event, organized by Danita Jones, Corporate Director of Recruitment & Employee Engagement, was planned down to the last detail. From balloons to vintage disposable cameras on each table and individually wrapped custom cookies featuring the Kintock logo for each guest, every aspect was thoughtfully curated.

Each employee celebrating a milestone was introduced and presented with an award. Those with 10 or more years of service were also invited to share a few words. Many employees expressed gratitude for their work, colleagues, and the growth opportunities Kintock has provided. Numerous employees described the company culture as a close-knit family, where colleagues are eager to help and support one another.

“One thing that I truly appreciate about my job is the remarkable autonomy and trust I receive from my supervisors. This level of confidence allows me to take full ownership of my projects,” said Lucxon Revolous, Systems Support Specialist.

“One thing I love about Kintock is the many opportunities for continued growth and development, said Gretchen Wiseman, Chief Administrative Officer.

“I love a lot of things about Kintock. I would say the staff I have grown with, learned from, and made friends with some awesome people. I wouldn’t change a thing,” said Alethia Petty, Administrative Assistant, Newark, NJ.

“I love the positive relationships I have with colleagues and the support they have given. Through their encouragement and teamwork, it has created a sense of belonging,” said Cassandra Hayes, Administrative Assistant, Bridgeton, NJ.

Congratulations to the employees recognized for their milestone years of service in 2024! We look forward to many more years of achievement and growth together.
