Celebrating Graduates: Kintock Residents Complete Warehouse Logistics Training Academy

Kintock is thrilled to announce that several of our residents have recently graduated from the Community Food Bank of New Jersey’s (CFBNJ) Warehouse Logistics Training Academy (WLTA) program. This achievement highlights their dedication and determination to excel in their career paths.

Partnership with NJ Department of Labor

The partnership with New Jersey’s Department of Labor provides an invaluable opportunity for individuals seeking to enhance their skills and gain practical experience in warehouse operations. The 8-week program equips students with essential knowledge in inventory management, compliance, purchasing, warehouse fulfillment, and transportation safety. Notably, upon completion, graduates receive their Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, a testament to their proficiency in industry standards.

Program Eligibility

The Warehouse Logistics Training Academy is open to any New Jersey resident, including those receiving SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program), TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), and GA (General Assistance). Participants MUST have a High School Diploma, GED, or must pass federally approved ATB test.

Join us in congratulating Raheem Bryant, Joseph Rackley, and Shawn Tod for their remarkable achievement in successfully completing the program. Their commitment to personal and professional growth serves as an inspiration to other residents in our programs.

“At Kintock, we believe in empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and the success of our residents in programs like the WLTA reaffirms our commitment to fostering growth and opportunity within our community,” said Paul Taggines, Chief Operating Officer.
