What is the JOBS Program?
The Vantage Point Job Opportunities for Building Success (JOBS) program empowers justice-involved participants to successfully re-enter the workforce by providing essential services. Our dedicated employment staff is available to meet with clients at one of our seven conveniently located hubs throughout northern New Jersey.

To ensure accessibility, the JOBS program offers flexible program hours to accommodate clients' diverse schedules. Additionally, transportation assistance is available for any client who needs help reaching their designated hub.
