Corporate Director of Recruitment and Employment Engagement

Danita joined Kintock in October 2023 as the Corporate Director, Recruitment and Employee Engagement. She is responsible for strategic oversight and direction for company-wide recruitment activities and employee engagement efforts. Danita has been instrumental in attracting new candidates for all Kintock locations by further developing our relationship with Indeed, attending many college and local job fairs, developing an Internship program and working across the company to enhance and provide consistency in employee activities and events.

​Danita has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, including working as the Director of HR for Kintock’s Philadelphia location from 2017-2019. Danita has a Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and received SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and PHR Professional Human Resources certifications.
