Family & Friends of residents at all Kintock's Programs in can keep in touch with a resident through Cidnet*.
*Access to Cidnet will be available to residents in Newark beginning November 8th.
Cidnet connects you to your loved ones at Kintock. Similar to a cell phone plan, data is sold at a universal rate of $0.30 per 1 Megabyte (MB). You can use this data to talk through Cidnet’s Voice, Video, and Mail Apps. As you use these apps, the system tracks how much data you use in every instance of connection, known as a Cidnet Utilization Event (CUE).
Cidnet provides Kintock residents with multiple apps to connect with loved ones and remain engaged while in the program. The apps available to residents within Cidnet are:

The Voice App - The Cidnet Voice allows residents to engage with approved contacts.

The Mail App - The Cidnet Mail App facilitates secure email messaging services between residents and approved contacts.

The Enquire App - The Enquire App will let residents submit forms and requests to staff.

The Law Library App - Residents can access an electronic law library from any tablet or kiosk, containing state and federal case law, statutes, regulations, and constitutions, sourced from a single provider.

Access to stations of music and talk radio.

Access to a library of e-books consisting of a wide variety of genres and titles.
